Whats On at Bermondsey Carnival in 2026?
Bermondsey Carnival is a full day out for the whole family. The funfair runs all afternoon with rides for all ages. There is a charge for rides on the day, but keep an eye on our socials for news on a limited number of free rides available when the gates open. Kids are well looked after throughout, with dedicated children's entertainment running from the moment the park opens. Millwall Community Trust will be on site running free football activities for kids and young people, no booking required. Just turn up and get involved.
Hungry? A selection of independent food vendors and drink stalls are spread across the park, from local favourites to new faces, with plenty of choice for everyone. Local traders, community organisations, and independent businesses will be set up throughout the site too. A proper chance to shop local, discover what SE16 has to offer, and connect with the neighbourhood.
And if the main stage is not enough, the BSC x PEEK Tent brings a second room with an underground flavour. Rafe, Ted White, Luckless, Sow, Abby T, and the Sound Source Radio DJs keeping the music going deep into the afternoon.

LISA LOUD:
Lisa Loud is widely recognised as the first lady of dance music, with a career that has taken her from the early days of UK club culture to some of the biggest dancefloors on the planet. Mentored by Paul Oakenfold, she cut her teeth at legendary clubs like Future, Spectrum and Shoom, becoming a key name during the rise of the acid house movement. Her sound — a mix of tribal-infused tech house, groove and energy — has made her one of the most respected female DJs to come out of the UK. Known as much for her personality as her music, her sets are packed with energy, attitude and pure house passion. One of the most in-demand and recognisable DJs of her generation — and she's bringing all of it to Southwark Park.
MEAKA MONROE:
Meaka Monroe is a powerful new voice in British soul. She brings authenticity, raw emotion and energy to the stage. Her music has gained strong support from BBC introducing, including a live lounge performance to celebrate the release of her debut album, Algorhythm and Blues. Performing with her live band she delivers a dynamic set that is full of life. You might already know her face, actually. If you've ever walked down the Blue on a Millwall match day and spotted someone selling badges, that's her.
ROB HISEE - walk and talk for mens health
Rob Hisse is Bermondsey through and through. A familiar face and a respected voice in this community, Rob joined us on stage at the 2024 carnival for a deeply felt tribute to our dear friend Russell Dryden a moment that meant a great deal to everyone who was there. In 2026 he's back, this time with a short acoustic set and a talk on the importance of men talking about mental health, it’s worth sticking around for. Keep an eye out for timings on the day.
COMPÈRE PHILIP POLEON ( Through out the day )
Holding the day together on the mic is Philip Poleon — musician, performer, and a man with a career that has taken him around the world and back. Philip has performed alongside some of Jamaica's most established names, including Horace Andy and Gregory Isaacs, and appeared on Later with Jools Holland in the 90s. He has toured nationally and internationally, contributed to album projects with major international acts, and built a reputation across live performance, co-writing, song arrangement, and production through his work with Class Act and Kage One. His story — a life shaped entirely by music, dub, and the culture around it — is one worth knowing. We're lucky to have him as the voice of Bermondsey Carnival 2026.
DJ NOEL
If you've ever tuned into Bermondsey Radio on a Sunday morning, you already know DJ Noel. The local favourite and the station's number one DJ has been soundtracking SE16's weekends from the airwaves for years, and on Bank Holiday Monday he brings it to the park. Born and bred in the area, Noel knows this community better than most — and it shows in every set he plays. Expect exactly what you'd want from a carnival DJ: the right records, at the right time, for the right crowd.
ARTFUL DODGER:
After the runaway success of DJ Luck & MC Neat headlining the 2025 carnival, the bar was already sky high for 2026. We've gone and raised it. Artful Dodger is one of the most important UKG acts to ever come out of the put UK Garage on the global map. Re-Rewind. Moving Too Fast. Woman Trouble. Songs that don't need an introduction in any room in the country, let alone a park in South East London. Having Artful Dodger headline Bermondsey Carnival is a genuine honour, and we have a feeling the park is going to let them know it.
TEN TONNE SKA:
South East London's own Ten Tonne Ska have been gigging relentlessly for over a decade, playing events and festivals the length and breadth of the country and building a devoted following the old fashioned way — one brilliant live set at a time. What sets them apart is the stamp they put on everything they play. Classic ska and reggae songs, reworked and made entirely their own by a tight, energetic four-piece who know exactly how to work a crowd. If you've never seen them live before, you're in for one.
CARPET HEAD
Formed at Pimlico secondary school and road-tested in the pubs of Bermondsey in the late nineties, Carpethead are a proper South London story. They were on the verge of something big back in 2000 — a major label development deal was literally on the table — when they broke up. Twenty-five years later, they walked back into a guitar shop on Denmark Street, picked up where they left off, and released their debut single Janice in March 2026. If you're a fan of indie bands and the guitar music of the nineties heyday, this one is for you. We are glad they are back together, better late than never.
THE UKULLECTIVE
Don't let the name fool you. The Ukullective a Ukulele Collective are the high-energy ensemble born out of the Ukulele Wednesdays community, are here to completely shatter your expectations of what a ukulele sounds like. Through what they call "power-strumming," this large group of players turns a notoriously quiet instrument into a full wall of sound, delivering rock and pop anthems built to get an entire park singing along. It's inclusive, it's visual, it's genuinely unlike anything else on the bill, and it absolutely works. Music is for everyone and this lot mean it.

RAFE
Select Radio Resident & 1/3 of Peek LDN, RAFE has been a prominent figure on the London house music scene for the past 7 years. Having played at some of the UK’s most respected venues including Ministry of Sound, 93 Feet East, EGG London, Basing House and many more, he has built a reputation for delivering quality sets packed with deep grooves and infectious energy. His passion for music and ability to read a crowd have made him a favourite wherever he plays.
Ted White
Ted White is a 23-year-old house DJ from Bermondsey. In just over a year and a half, he's played for PEEK London and Inspire and founded his own event brand, Facade London. All energy, groove and a real love for house, Ted is one to watch as he grows his sound in London's scene.

SOW is a London-based DJ known for high-energy, genre-blurring sets that move effortlessly across club sounds. With a fast-paced and unpredictable style, she blends hard-hitting rhythms, infectious edits, and immersive selections designed to keep dance floors moving. As a resident on Aaja Radio and a regular DJ workshop host, SOW is deeply invested in both club culture and community building. Having previously opened for A.G. Cook and Ghetec founder BOO, she brings a dynamic and captivating energy wherever she plays.

Abby T is a disco, house and tech house DJ and Select Radio presenter, known for her vibrant, high-energy sound. Based between Essex and London, she focuses on crafting vibey, feel-good sets designed to get people moving. Trained at London Sound Academy, Abby is driven by a genuine love for music discovery - constantly digging for unique tracks and curating selections that feel expressive, interesting, and creatively layered.With a background in dance and an infectious energy behind the decks, her style is rooted in movement and connection, creating dance floor experiences that feel immersive, inclusive, and energetic.

A South East London-based DJ with a sound built for the dancefloor, serving up a rich blend of deep house and minimal tech. Drawing on the warmth of classic grooves and the pulse of contemporary club music, Luckless sets move with feel and intention, reading the room and building energy track by track. The focus is always on timeless grooves that make people move, whether that's a sunlit early slot or peak-time on a sweaty floor. Expect rolling basslines, soulful touches and a genuine love for keeping the groove alive from first record to last.

Sound Source Radio is Bermondsey's own community radio station, and they're bringing that local energy straight to the Carnival. Powered by a love of music and a genuine community spirit, Sound Source champions local talent, gives a platform to local voices and brings the neighbourhood together one show at a time. Expect their DJs to keep the good vibes rolling across the day with a sound that's all about the people who make this corner of London tick.
